This is the classic combination of fruits added to dense fruit cakes and desserts such as Christmas cake and Christmas Pudding. During the rest of the year, mixed vine fruits are a perfect ingredient to add natural sweetness to porridge, muesli and flapjacks. These vine fruits are very slightly coated in sunflower oil to stop the fruit sticking together.

Tip! Remember to coat your fruits in a little flour before adding into the main cake mix/batter to help prevent the fruit from sinking to the base of the tin during baking.
