We are delighted to offer this Italian White wine from the region of Veneto made with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes. Grown in morainic hills with a soil of calcareous and clayey origin, this wine is aged in steel for a period of 4 months. This Pinot Grigio is perfect to accompany fish dishes, both hot and cold.

Tasting Notes

It displays pale yellow colour. On the nose it is intense with floral scents. On the palate, it is harmonious and fresh.

Food Pairing & Service

Excellent with fish dishes, both hot and cold. Ideal with fatty fish such as salmon, eel, herring, tuna.

Best served at 10 - 13°C.
